Primary Responsibilities
VRB is looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our company nationwide. As a Real Estate Agent, you will:
- Provide support to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
- Generate buyer and seller leads
- Consistent follow up of buyer and seller leads
- Maintain relationships with qualified lenders and support buyers in getting prequalified
- Co-ordinate property showings
- Manage offer submissions
- Co-ordinate with lenders, attorneys, appraisers, transaction coordinators to negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers as required
- Co-ordinate and attend property inspections, appraisals, closings if required.
- Host open houses, if necessary
- List properties on MLS, Social Media etc.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate and/or 20 real estate closings
- Real Estate License (in your state)
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- A reliable Vehicle
- MLS familiarity
- Local and national candidates are welcome
